As we like to be kind to the environment, we re-use our boxing for posting out our orders, we hope that you will support us in our choice to be eco friendly.
UK Delivery:
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD and require a signature.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, provided all items are in stock.

What if I need my order quickly?
We can of course send your package by express post. Please contact us for postage pricing.
Do you deliver overseas?
We don't offer overseas shipping as standard but please contact us and we can see if we can help you with your enquiry.

RETURN POLICY
Can I return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in new condition in the original packaging with receipt.
We can offer an exchange, excluding postage or a full refund excluding postage as shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately Returns received after 14 days can not be processed.
We strongly suggest that you purchase a parcel tracking service to return your item as we can not accept responsibility for parcels that are not received or items that are damaged in transit.

Return postage costs will be the customers responsibility.
Please also ensure that you include your details and correct address when returning your parcel as IRIS DESIGN FLORAL cannot be held responsible for incorrect details and undelivered orders due to this.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Once your item has arrived back safely with us we will endeavour to process your refund as quickly as possible.
What if my item is faulty?
Faulty items must be declared within 7 days of purchase.
Please email us at info@irisdesignfloral.com as quickly as possible so we can arrange an exchange or refund for you.
